a. The Site is operated by the Byte Va’Emek Community (“we”, “the Community”).

b. “User” means anyone who accesses the Site, uses its content, services, or systems.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

a. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

b. Any disputes arising between a User and the Community shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Israel, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
