A huge thank you to everyone who came to celebrate five years of activity with us! 🍻

Last Wednesday, we held the regional high-tech conference under the theme “Designing the Future.” Dozens of people filled Pina Pub and came to take part in the event.

The conference was opened by the community leaders: Relli Peretz, who thanked the partners and shared a new initiative for training freelancers, and Ruchama Hennig, who told the story of how it all began and where we are headed. The heads of the local authorities in Beit She’an and the Emek HaMaayanot region, Noam Jumaa and Itamar Matiash, offered their words of support, and Noam, who initiated the establishment of the community, received a modest token of appreciation for his contribution.

The evening continued with a panel on the future of the region, led by community leader Ilan Sharon. The discussion featured Tzach Frenkel (Innovalley), Gideon Yadin (Gevasol and Idan Technology), Uriel Furman (Norterra), and Dr. Renana Savy (community representative).

To close the evening, Idan Tendler, Senior Vice President at Palo Alto and founder of Place-IL, delivered a fascinating and enjoyable talk about his entrepreneurial journey.
